1. Google Business Profile I optimize your existing profile: your business information, a clear description of your services, and wording written with local search in mind. People see what you do before they ever click.
2. Website copy updates I rewrite the copy on your homepage, services page, and contact page so visitors quickly understand what you offer and what to do next. This is copy only. It's not a website redesign or rebuild.
3. Facebook and Instagram profile updates I update your Facebook About text and Instagram bio so they match your website and Google profile, with your key information in place.
4. Clearer information for search and AI tools More people now ask Google, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for local recommendations. Those tools rely on information they can find and understand about your business. I write your Google profile, website pages, and social bios to be clear, specific, and consistent, so your business is easier for them to read. 5. One round of revisions After I finish, you review everything. If you want changes to the wording, I'll make them in one round of revisions.

4. You review, and I revise once. You look everything over and send me any changes. I make them in one round of revisions, then walk you through what changed so you can maintain it yourself.

I've spent more than 10 years inside small businesses, managing the websites, listings, software, and customer details that decide whether people can find a business and trust it once they do.
For seven years, I worked as the venue director and event coordinator at a wedding and event venue. I coordinated 20 to 25 weddings a year and handled the office administration on my own. I created the systems for the customer path: the first inquiry, booking appointments and walk-throughs, planning with couples through the final day, and the follow-up after the event. That work taught me what happens once someone finds you, and how much depends on a clear, easy first impression.
Later, I managed more than 15,000 product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, where accurate, consistent information is the difference between getting found and getting skipped. I also built and ran my own product business, so I know what it's like to be the one doing everything. I've worked hands-on with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Squarespace, and email marketing.
I hold a degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State and a Strategic Growth Specialist certification. I live in Sarver, PA, and work with clients remotely and in person.
