Hi there, I’m Amanda.
My entrepreneurial mindset was shaped long before I knew what entrepreneurship meant - growing up on a 60-acre farm in Western Pennsylvania, where I developed not just a work ethic, but a deep, lasting love for agriculture and the outdoors. Some of my favorite childhood memories are riding my horses through the fields, playing with our goats, and yes, even baling hay in the summer heat. That foundation of hard work, creative problem-solving, and finding joy in the work itself naturally draws me to collaborate with creative founders and business owners who appreciate self-directed contributors and genuine partnership.
From there, I earned my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, but my real education came from diving headfirst into small businesses across industries I'm passionate about. I've been everything from a farm wedding venue director (talk about problem-solving on the fly!) to managing an equestrian ecommerce catalog, handling bookkeeping for local small businesses, and even creating and running my own handmade soap company. Each role taught me something different about operations, systems, and what it really takes to keep a small business running smoothly - especially when you're wearing fifteen different hats.
Today, I'm bringing all of that hands-on experience and my strategic entrepreneurial mindset to support business owners who are drowning in their own success. I help them build systems that actually work (not just look pretty on paper) so they can stop feeling scattered and start feeling confident about their business again.
