Hi I'm Amanda. I'm a business operations strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience running operations across multiple industries — from managing fifteen thousand product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay simultaneously, to coordinating hundreds of weddings and events, to building my own product business from the ground up and supporting business owners as they grow. I understand how the backend of a business actually works. I can look at your workflows, your tools, and your client experience and tell you clearly what's inefficient, what's costing you, and what a functional version of it looks like. Then I build it. I'm not a coach. I'm not a task executor. I'm the person who sees the operational picture clearly and puts the pieces together.
